OT: A Good Digital Picture Frame?

Hi,

I am considering a digitial picture frame as a Mother's Day present for my
wife.
Any good ones under $100? Under $150?

I have been thinking about this for some years but still can't decide yet.
And my suggestion is DO NOT go for wide-screen

And with $150 you shoul be able to get some 8-10" (when it's onsale).
