KVM with PS2&USB machines

Hi,

I have 6 machines I'd like to KVM with a mix of PS2 and USB keyboard
and mouse connectors. I'm looking for a good approach to the
differences in keyboard/mouse technologies. Has anyone had
experience using a KVM with a PS2 to USB adapter (such as
http://www.newegg.com/Product/Produc...E16812107701)?

Does anyone have any thoughts on the longevity of the PS2 connectors?
