Default Keyboard problem

Hi

My client has an HP510 and he complained that the shift key is 'Locked' I
then sent the laptop back to HP and they replaced the keyboard.

The problem didn't disappear so I re-installed the OS.

Now he says that the Ctrl key gets locked

Can anyone suggest where the problem may be is it definitely the system
board or it may another component, since the keyboard was replaced I assume
it isn't that

Thank you,
Samuel

You might want to look at the "Accessibility Options" in the control panel.
It's possible someone turned on one of the features in the "Keyboard"
section by accident.
