I plugged in a power supply of another dell laptop ( not a 600m model)
to my 600m ispiron by mistake.It kind of clicked and then i could not
power it on( not even with origonal power supply or battery)Any help?

More details might help.
What was the original supply voltage? What was the mistaken
alternate supply voltage?
Offhand, I'd say you fried something in your mainboard
supply subcircit, but at this point unless you have
diagnostic and reverse engineering skills, your main two
alternatives are to pay a laptop shop to diagnose, or
replace the power board and/or mainboard if these two boards
are integrated as a single board.
