Hallo Group, I have built a jukebox to play music based on a
small computer, with external lcd display.
Now I want to improve it to output on TV. That means I need a device,
which can create a correct tv signal(composite).
The geenrated tv signal shall represent a matrix of letters, which i'd
like to set to show text(it should look like the screen of a C64 Computer.
Maybe I can even use the same chip - i was told its very simple to use,
but i cant recall its name.
Preferrable i want to use USB to program it.

You can get a USB connected Vacuum fluorescent display.
This computer monitor, has an option to be driven via USB.
So when the USB cable is connected, there is a display
entry in Device Manager. This means you have a purely digital
connection, from computer to pixels on the screen.
