Default Hard Drive Swap

How difficult would it be to remove a bad hard drive and replace it with a
new one? I have an H/P machine (a1130n) with a SeaGate Hard Drive.

I've removed the ribbon cable and power cable. The entire assembly has a
green plastic retention device on the rails that hold the drive(s). How is
the retention assembly removed?

I s this a procedure than can be done by myself?

ANY help appreciated!
