I just reformatted my computer last night and I thought I had all the
drivers I need but I can't get my wireless to start up, I'm currently
plugged in via a cat5. I'm not sure how to make the connection or if
theres a driver I'm missing and it wont work till I get that driver.
I've been trying to figure it out all night so some help would be nice.

The Dell site has downloads. You could use your service tag, to
make a search there for what is appropriate. The first one
I could find, is this "Intel Pro/Wireless 2100" driver. You're
in a better position to judge whether this is the right one or
not.
Another page you might want to look at, makes reference to
Wireless Zero Config. What I don't know, is where you'd look to
find if a wirelsss device can use WZC or not. (Presumably a
USENET group that specializes in wireless would be a better
place to post the question.)
