Dell 962 AIO printer power problem

Hi

My 962 have a strange problem. When I plug it into the mains - I get:
1. A dark line in the the top of the display - 16 black rectangles.
2. When I open the printer, I can see red light below the
printerhead?


But it will not power on when I press the silver round power-on
button
on the frontpanel to the left.


Any ideas on how to fix it?


DELL says "Sorry, no warrenty" - but have been so kind to send me
another PSU (brick) - to no avail.


SO - any ideas on how to get my 962 back to life?
