The presense of a cable connecting the keyboard to the PC makes no
difference to its operation!
A USB keyboard over PS/2 makes a difference - can't get into BIOS!

I should have added, that you can get wireless PS/2 and wireless USB
keyboard/mouse thingies.

I turned this on using my PS/2 keyboard on mine and it still ignores USB
keyboard input in BIOS and DOS!

Should have added - I use a USB keyboard most of the time. **** that
champagne - makes you post things before they are finished!
