Default cordless keyboards

How does a cordless keyboard work if you need to enter the BIOS
settings of the computer? Are they worth the convenience?

The presense of a cable connecting the keyboard to the PC makes no
difference to its operation!

A USB keyboard over PS/2 makes a difference - can't get into BIOS!

I should have added, that you can get wireless PS/2 and wireless USB
keyboard/mouse thingies.

.... unless the bios has USB-PS2 emulation mode turned on by
default, which some do.

I turned this on using my PS/2 keyboard on mine and it still ignores USB
keyboard input in BIOS and DOS!

Should have added - I use a USB keyboard most of the time. **** that
champagne - makes you post things before they are finished!
