Asus p5e audio connectors to case wires

I just purchased this motherboard and a coolermaster 534 case. The
case has both HD Audio and ac97 connectors. Where do these connectors
attach to the motherboard??? I'm assuming I can just use one of the
these options preferrably the HD audio. This mb ships with a mini
sound card as well. Anyone familiar with this setup? I would
appreciate any feedback on this. My pc hardware knowledge is a bit
rusty. The last build I did was in 2001. Also, does anyone know how to
config RAID 0 on this board to work with Win XP Pro?

I have a P5N32

The is an audio connector on the FX Audio Soundcard. The mother board allows
either AC97 or HD audio (this can be set in the BIOS) - I recommend HD audio
