Default Playing DVDs on GA-MA69GM-S2H?

Hi Folks:

I built a PC around a Gigabyte GA-MA69GM-2SH last
weekend. It's running just fine.

Is there software to play DVDs, or a DVD decoder,
on the CD that came with the motherboard?

The CD has this ID:

12DC1-690AM2-112R
Ver.1.12

If not, what DVD decoder, or DVD player software,
do you folks like?

Thanks
Larry
