ajaybc is on a distinguished road
Exclamation Selective DvD playing

My computer has a sony DVD RW AWG170A DVD writer.I have noticed recently that it is playing only discs from magazine called DIGIT.It is not reading other DVDs which played fine earlier.I tried various brands but in vain.
I also tried a firmware update ,even that didnt work.I use windows XP.
Please help me.

1)rt-click My Computer>properties>hardware tab>device manager>rt-click
cdrom drive/s>scan for hardware changes.
2)Check your DVD player Software. (options/tools/settings etc)

If that don't work, adjust it with a hammer.....& if that don't
work......get a a bigger hammer!!! :-)
