Default Blue-ray recorders

Are there any yet? What's the cost for the recorder and the media?

I have been using a LiteOn DVD recorder which makes DVDs that look very
good at 480p. I don't think anybody is broadcasting 1080p yet. I know
DTV isn't sending 1080p to me. However, it seems bound to happen at
some point.
