Default audio software question

i know this probably isn't the right newsgroup to post this question,
but maybe one of you can help me out....

i've been a fan of OOPSing for years

i know that alot of people use the OOPS signal as well as further
phase cancelled signals to make 5.1 mixes from a stereo source

what software can i get that will allow me to get center, discrete
left, discrete right, etc from a stereo signal

for example, if signal A is mixed hard right, B is mixed dead center,
C is mixed hard left
OOPS would give you A and C
I need the software that can give you A, B, and C individually using
further phase cancellations

thanks!!!!!!
