2 PAL DVD - Region 2

Hi
I was looking at a dvd on ebay. It's listed here:

It's a 2 PAL Region 2. I live in the USA. Is there any way to play
this here? Or maybe a way to make a copy that would play on a USA dvd
player.

There may be an easy way to make your player region-free.
Or else you can buy a cheap Philips player and make that region-free.
