Default problem with drm protected video purchase

I purchased a short movie from itunes and am very annoyed (to say the least)
to discover that it is in a DRM protected "m4v" format only playable on my
iTunes desktop software.

How do I get rid of the DRM so I can burn it to a dvd which I can play
elsewhere. I tested the demo version of "Tunebite" (which in demo only gets
rid of drm for 1 minute) and discovered that the image quality is reduced
compared to the original.

Is there a way to get rid of this stupid drm protection on something a
legally purchased! Preferably a free utility or method to do so that does
not reduce the image quality.

Thank you.
