I still cannot convert the HD video to a video playable in a DVD-Divx
player.

Try a Google search of "WMV9 Advanced Profile Vista 64"
without the quotes. Once you can play it with Graphedit, you
can convert it to any format that you have codec/filters for.

Try total video converter which is very easy to use for MKV video
conversion.

Thanks Ken for replying!
VLC player and MP classic play the video. Why cannot Graphedit play
the video then?

It seemed that Total video2dvd handle MKV format very well. You can
