Default DL problems

All:

I wonder if anyone can help. I'm having problems burning *any* DL disks on
my NEC 3500AG. Single layer are fine. I've upgraded the firmware to the
current release.

I've verified it's not the burning software, by successfully using another
(USB connected) DVD burner.

Putting the same blank Verbatim disk in the NEC drive and in the USB drive
and examing them with DVDINFOPRO yields the results below.

The key difference seems to be that the NEC recognises the disk as DL but
with only one layer!

Help! Any ideas?

Cheers

Den

Default Re: DL problems

Verbatim discs are crap. return 'em or throw them amway'

For dual layer i recommend Memorex or even Sony.

Try this little program for burning DLs without a hitch:
