Default Diff b/w EIA-708 and CEA-708

Hey

Can anyone explain what is difference between EIA-708 and CEA-708

We are receiving 708 data in VANC area. Currently I am reading
document CEA-708 and could not find any starting point, I mean I am
unable to find that data in VANC is either a 708 data or not, as I
could find header for 708.

I am wondering, am I read a wrong data. If anyone had worked on it,
can someone explain it

Thanks in advance
