TMPGEnc DVD Author 3 problem

When I prepare a a video for burning using TMPGEnc DVD Author 3 I get the
message 'The writing drive is stopped' when I hit the 'Start' button under
the Output tab. This has only happened today. No problems with the software
in the past.
Not sure why this is happening.
Have rebooted the computer but this did not fix the problem.
Appreciate suggestion for a fix.

Ensure that the service "B's Recorder GOLD Library General Service" is
started before you try and use the burning module.

Thanks Java Jive.
I did disable 'B's Recorder GOLD' in the startup files today, not realising
it was associated with TMPGEnc DVD Author 3.
I have re enabled it and everything is working fine again.
