Default streaming DVDs (with full menus) from harddrive or NAS (video_ts) folder or iso to TV.. any devices that can do this?

Are there any media player type devices that can do the acutal
VIDEO_TS or iso file from a DVD and stream it to the tv?

I heard about this one.. but i'm not sure if it does dolby digital or
not (another requirement):

That does look nice, but my HTPC on my Gigabit LAN
has been working fine for some time now. I have a 750GB
media drive on the HTPC that is faster than my old Buffalo
TeraStation, but I have no problem playing any video off
either one.

Luck;
Ken

I may end up doing a similar thing for now with mine.. i've punched a
hole through the wall from my office to the living room.. putting on
an 5 port RCA with HDMI on each end.. i'm going to feed the DVI to
HDMI cable to my HD tv and use a bluetooth keyboard and mouse in the
other room to queue up things.. should work out fine, cept for the
kludgyness of keyboard and mouse.
