Software to convert videos

Hi,

I am looking for a software that'll convert VCD, DVD files to AVI or
WMV formats (I am currently using AVS converter) but am looking for a
sotware which will include the menu's that show up at the beginging of
the video.

Are you aware of any such software?

convertxto dvd its a awesome program but hard to use
