software to burn ts ansd avi to dvd?

I have some files in .ts format (created from a humax set-top) and others in
avi, which I want to burn to DVD so I can watch them on a standard DVD
player. Is there one program I can get that does both? Ideally freeware, or
up to USD$50 max.
