I tried to use DVD Flick to convert a PAL DVD to NTSC.
But DVD Flick refused to load the PAL VOB files ripped to the hard disk
with DVD Shrink.
Even after running DGIndex to create the .d2v video & ac3 files, DVD Flick
still refused to recognize the PAL input files.
How can we convert a PAL DVD to NTSC using DVD Flick if DVD Flick won't
even read in the PAL DVD files in the first place?

"JimK" posted a link in rec.video.desktop that also
addresses this issue (including how to address frame
rates and audio issues)
