Nero9 drama

Anyone have any experience with Nero9 on Windows Vista Ultimate 64-bit
not wanting to install properly? Is there a newsgroup site for Nero
support? Any alternatives to Nero software will be appreciated.

There are plenty of alternatives. Just what functions of the Nero
suite are you interested in?

I belive both the burning and certianly the video functions
would be covered in the "Tool" listings at:

www.videohelp.com

Installed ok on my vista 64 bit machine.

Ok, Ron, maybe it did,but have you tried using the General CleanTool to
remove it, then try the 9.4.13.2 update patch to reinstall? It simply
will not do it properly. Then the CoverDesigner does not work properly.
The items I use are Nero Express and CoverDesigner, but I paid for the
full package and I expect Nero to get it to work properly.

I had a few further reports on the issue with Nero CoverDesigner
and was able to reproduce the issue here on one of our PCs. It appears
that one of your newer E-Mails was treated as SPAM for some reason - so
if you had any other issue with installing Nero 9, please let me know.
There has been an Issue when using the current Nero CleanTool when
wanting to install Nero 9 - so I am wondering if you ran into this
obstacle. If yes, please excuse the inconvenience and contact me again
reagarding the way to install the latest version of Nero 9.

Should you have any further queries, please do not hesitate to
contact us again.
