nero solfware to burn DVD's

when trying to burn a DVD I use Nero 6 and XP system I never had any
problems until lately I get an error that says
{power calibeation error) I tried it about 15 time and it started to work
but just on one movie now I'm working on another one but it just don't burn
can some one tell me what the problem is

sounds like your drive has bitten the dust
