Fitting DL dvd onto SL DVD? Possible?

Is there any free software that someone could recommend that will
compress a movie that Nero or DVD fab says needs DL media, so that it
fits on a SL dvd (120 minutes,4.7 gig, 16X)?

I always use "DVD Shrink" for that.

I do too, now. Got it yesterday and it is wonderful.
