Default divx/avi Menu Problem

When I'm copying my divx/avi files to a data dvd to view on my tv, I
obviously want them in the order I copy them so the episode numbers match
with the menu number on the tv screen, but Nero insists on reordering the
files alphabetically. Does anyone know of an application that will burn the
files in the order that I want them?

I wonder if your DVD player that plays these files does
any ordering as well?

You might try putting a number as the first "letter" of the
file name. Most naming schemes are AlphaNumeric.
