Converting DivX files to normalk DVD-pal.

I have downloaded some DivX files, and now I
want to convert them to normal DVDs.

Can someone tell me the software I need to do
this?

I use VSO ConvertXToDVD

I use Nero 8 for its flexibility but use VSO ConvertXtoDVD if I want
to add subtitles to a foreign-language file (or if subtitles are
already embedded in the DivX file).
