Burning video to VCD with Nero 6

I have experienced burning successfully DVD data and video on NERO 6
but seems have some difficulty burning video to VCD I had
successfully encoded the file but when the time comes for the file to
burned the 700mb CD-R was rejected.
Here are the comments:

There is not enough space to burn this compilation onto this disc
Data to be written 729 MB
Space available on the disc 702 MB
Disc Required for the compilation CD-R/RW
Is there a way to divide the file into two disc and how is it done by
NERO 6.?
What are the steps?
Btw What is Pegasus imagXpress library

Just Google DVD Shrink and this will put it all on one disk

DVD SHRINK? Is it not just a tool for DVD'S and not VCD's?
