Default Source for 8x DVD-Rs needed

Can anyone recommend a good source of 8x DVD-Rs (preferably Fujifilm
or Maxell)? It's very hard to find slower speeds than 16x in stores
now, and I have a DVD recorder which can't use the faster-speed discs.

Thanks in advance for any help.

I get Taiyo Yunden premium, better than store
brands, from supermediastore.com all the time
and they almost always have free shipping.

Skip the Fujis and ESPECIALLY the Maxells.

Check prices at supermedia.com. Rima.com, newegg.com.
Those places fluctuate lowest prices.
Most pros like the Tayo Yuden or Verbatim brand.
I have used thousands and thousands of Verbatim 8x disk #94854 with stellar
results.
Both in computer authored/burnt DVDs and stand alone machines.
I have been ready to switch to TY if the Verbatims ever let me down, but
they have not yet.

You may want to help yourself saving few bucks now and then by checking
with www.supermediastore.com which I have bought 4-5+K of DVDs from them.
And the only reason I buy from them because they usually have the lowest
price I can find, and often order around 500 per order. which will last for
around 2-4 months.

I did list supermediastore as one of theplaces to look.
However, supermediastore is not always the lowest price. Not even close.
Currently 1000 Verbatim 8x #94854 are $499.98 shipped,
At Newegg they are $374.66 shipped.
HUGE difference.

Often but not away, and everytime I hit around 100 or so left I start
shopping for the lowest price. And often end up with supermediastore

I do order from newegg from time to time, but haven't ordered any CD/DVD
from Newegg yet. And right now Supermediastaore has Verbatin from 32 cents
to 65 cents a pop. So if you pick the 32 cents DVDs then it will be $320
for 1000 + S/H

Watch for the sales at SuperMediaStore.com.

I just got 300 TY 8x, with 300 free while folders for $99.00
including free shipping.

That comes out to about $333 for 1000. 33 cents per disk
is a good price - especially for TY.
