Default Is a "license key" also installation software?

Can you please tell me whether the email I got from SlySoft for my
AnyDVD and
CloneDVD license keys is installation software or is this just a proof
of purchase so if
your computer crashes, you can re-install AnyDVD and CloneDVD without
having to
buy it again? I don't understand what it is they sent me. I saved it
on CDs a few days after
I purchased AnyDVD and CloneDVD.

Also, judging by the part of the email I copied and pasted below that
says "Important:" I
am wondering whether with these CD's I made, I can install AnyDVD and
CloneDVD
software into my other computer, so I can burn copy-protected DVDs on
that one too.
Even if the answer to this question is "yes," I don't have the know-
how to do it AND on
top of that, my DVD burner on my other computer is broken, so it
doesn't matter really.
I'm mostly just curious (for now anyway).

Thank you again.

3. You will find your license key(s) attached to this e-mail. Some e-
mail programs and
internet providers do not allow attachments. In this case please use
the following links to
download the license key(s): 1 x Bundle Package: Right-click onto
the file(s) and save
them on your harddisk, your desktop for example.

4. Make a double-click with the left mouse button onto the stored
file(s).

5. A windows notification message will open and you will be asked to
restart the
software. The software will be unlocked and registered to your name
after you restart it.

6. Now restart your PC.

IMPORTANT: Please make a safety backup of your license keyfile(s) on a
floppy disk,
USB stick, or CD-R and keep it in a safe place. In case that your
system has to be rebuilt,
you will be able to unlock the software again with this file(s). We
cannot replace your
license key in case you lost it!

OK, Chris. Sounds like you have received the serial numbers/keys for
your (bought) software. Yes, you can use it where you like & in any
PC ...BUT.......don't try to upgrade it on line. Then you'll be
looking for a NEW workable serial/key whatever. alt.2600.cracks is
best for serials/freebee software etc.
Buzz me there & I'll be glad to help.

Thank you. Even If I don't use the software in my other computer, I
would be worrying for years (intermittingly) whether or not I'd be
able to restore the software in the computer it's in now if it ever
crashes or if I get another virus and have to erase my hard-drive
again.
