Go into Nero Vision
Select > Make DVD
Select > Make DVD-Video
Select > Add video files then go to your drive where the disc is inserted
and highlight the file. In your case it seems to be "grandpa.wmv", yeah?
Then just click the "Next" button at bottom right! Et voila!
