DVD doesn't read

Hi! My dvdrom(combo) it doesn't read any files DVD/CD. It keep
apearing the DVD/CD is blank. I have try to Uninstall and reinstall it
still doesn't work. Can anyone give me the solution for this plz. It
running in Window Vista.

The solution is insert the one you know it's working, and may try other to
make sure then send the report here see if anyone can be able to figure out
what may cause the problem.

And I dunno what or why you need to uninstall/reinstall?????? Ohhhh you
mean to uninstall/reinstall some DVD software? if so, why don't you just

- Open with Windows Explorer to see if the DVD is working

- Open the video or whatever using vedio player like MS Media Player, and
even many graphic viewer can play video.

If none "work" you got probs and need new combo.
