I have a VHS which I cpoied from my video camera (NTSC) to a VHS tape . If i
plug my HHS into the rear of my TV it plays OK, but if I try to play it thru
a DVD Recorder it come up in B&W ( I set the recorder to NTSC) also if I
plug it into my Computer it comes out B&W or will not copy . I wish to burn
this to DVD.
DOES ANYONE HAVE ANY SUGGESTIONS. any help at all would be appreciated,

Some thoughts:
B/W image can also be the result of
1) connecting a composite signal to an input that expects an S-Video
signal (or a YPbPr Component signal).
2) Connecting an S-Video signal to an input that expects a composite
signal.
If your VCR is S-VHS instead of VHS it might output S-Video. What type
of connector do you use when it works into the TV? Is it one "RCA"
type of coax for the video or a round connector with 4 pins?
When you connect to the DVDR or computer what input type do you
choose? If you have chosen S-Video you should try "CVBS"/"Video" or
whatever your model calls a composite signal.
What make and model are your VHS, DVDR and Capture Card in the computer?
Setting the DVDR to NTSC often only sets the output not the record mode.
You can't mix PAL and NTSC on a disc so the DVDR won't record NTSC if there
is a PAL recording already on the disc.
Do you still have the video on the camera as it may be possible to get the
camera to output direct to the computer or DVDR.
