I don't know why a "24 hours support" operator would be
sending people to me, but I'll offer what advice I can.
If the disks had been finalized, then I could be of more help,
perhaps.
As it is, I would sugest trying www.isobuster.com and seeing
if the trial version can find the files. Then you would have to
deside if the video is worth what it costs for the registered
version of IsoBuster Pro.
You might have better results if you were to start a thread with
something like: "Finalizing Hitachi DVD Camcorder disks?", so
that others with experience addressing such problems would
notice and reply.

I wasn't complaining, just a little surprised. I noticed that the
current features list for IsoBuster includes extracting "movies"
off of Hitachi camera media. If you try it, let us know how
things work out.
