Type M or H xD card for FujiFilm F20?

I need a 2GB xD card for a FujiFilm FinePix F20.

I see that there are differences between the Type M and H cards with regards
to data transfer.

I know someone with a FujiFilm F30 which sometimes has problems with corrupt
video, especially when the videos stretch into several minutes. I really
need to know which is the best card to use for the F20 which will minimize
these problems, but I can't seem to find any recommendations anywhere.

The FujiFilm compatibility list states that the F20 is compatible with all
xD cards, but which one should I go for?
