I just finished a shoot where I took both JPG and RAW images. I imported
the whole set into iPhoto, and now I want to select just the JPGs. I don't
see any way to do this, other than to go through the entire event and
individually select each JPG. I must be missing something. How do I do
this?

Will iPhoto not let you sort by file type or extension? I know Windows
Explorer, and by extension most Windows software, will allow you to do
that... and then select the full range of files by clicking the first
one, then clicking the last one in the range while holding SHIFT.

Dooh, separate the two sets!
$ cd ~/iPhoto/working/directory/
$ mkdir RAW
$ mv *.RAW RAW/

You didn't say which version of iPhoto you're using, but you can
probably tag the photos. I imagine there's a better way though. Try
posting your question on Apple's iLife discussion forum (pick the forum
that covers the version you are using). The web site with Apple's tech
