Default Per page cost of printing (ink) by manufacturer

Kodak have recently launched their "ThInk" campaign claiming much lower
per page costs on home printers.

The following PCWorld link shows that their advantage is more marginal
than claimed. (PCWorld did their own tests). I assume these are 4x6"
prints, but I'm not completely sure.

Epson are not in this chart, unfortunately.

The special 4x6" printers are significantly more expensive per image:

"Longevity" of the prints is not presented either, but most claim long
life if not in direct/harsh lighting.

Cheers,
Alan
