Default IrfanView - text alignment

Here's another obscure quirk which I'd appreciate other IV users
checking please. Unfortunately it appears erratic, but around 1 in 5
times when I place text in a rectangle it doesn't get vertically
centralised. It might appear at the top of the rectangle or, worse, at
the bottom, losing any 'tails'. May be coincidence, but always
happened when rectangle was fairly close to an edge.

I'm following the sequence
- draw rectangle
- Ctl+t to bring up text window
- select 'Text is transparent'
- choose font (e.g. black Arial Narrow size 8)
- Enter my text (e.g. Niagara)
- OK
