Is imageshack good place for making your photos available to public

There does not seem to be anyway to arrange the pics in order. they
just appear in the order you upload them. there is a thing called tag
but it does not allow you to arrange the photos in any kind of order.

You uploaded them in chronological order, right? That's probably a good
order for the entire group of photos. If you want to group them, why
not make up tags for each group?
