Ordered Canon camera with a 2 business day delivery option; should be
delivered today. Followed tracking # and the camera arrived Fri.night here
in San Antonio. Called FedEx and was told it would not be delivered until
Wed., the third business day. Was told the 2 days did not start until it
arrived at delivery unit. To me that's a rip-off!

Get in touch with whoever you ordered the camera from and ask for your
delivery fee back as contract is not being complied with. (this is how it
works in UK).

That's wrong ! I always use FedEx and 2 day shipping means 2 days. For me
it has always started the day it left the businees it was purchased from, not
the day it arrived at FedEx for delivery. I would call the place you ordered
from and demand a refund on your 2 day shipping.

Also some of those Fedex delivery trucks operate on a
franchise basis.

Not often that you are right Kerby, but you are wrong this time. 2 day
delivery is 2 day delivery, otherwise the contract is broken and delivery
fee by law is refundable.

You need to take into consideration the New Years holiday. Obviously as I'm
sure you know there will be no deliveries tomorrow 1/1.
However, Fedex may not also be delivering today 12/31. I know that UPS is
only delivering Air pkgs today. At my
place of work we did not receive any Fedex pkgs today so i assume they
weren't working today. So that's probably why they told you that you won't
receive your camera until Wed.

And you are a mindless moron. You have proven that in the Austin General
group. So you are now stalking me here, where the amount of knowledge you
possess is less than a thimble-full. Please read what the FedEx shipping
policies are before you embarrass yourself, twit.

If it had arrived in your city of San Antonio on Friday night, that should
have been the completion of business day one. The package should have been
delivered on the next business day by 4:30pm, or 7pm to residences.
Delivery on the 3rd business day is not what you paid for if it was shipped
FedEx 2 day. Contact the shipper and ask them for a partial refund... FedEx
dropped the ball. http://www.fedex.com/us/services/us/2day.html

FedEx did work today. If the shipper did in fact ship on 2Day service, it
should have been delivered today. However, if the shipper shipped the
product out on a Express Saver, it should be delivered in 3 business days by
7pm for residences, which should be Jan 2nd for the OP.
