I suggest you leave a message at adobe.photoshop.element. And when you
do include some additional information like your operating system (Window's
version) total RAM memory and details about what exactly are you doing and
what exactly fails. List any error messages exactly as they display. Are
you sure you have a valid version of Elements? Did it come as part of a
package?
