Digital Compact with Large Screen?

Hi all,

I'm in the UK and looking for a slim digital compact with a large
screen. I've seen the Rollei DX63 with a 3" screen. Is this a good
camera? Are there any alternatives with 3"+ screen?

Lots of little cameras now have 3" screens. Check the Canon range and
others.
