Canon BG-E2 Battery Grip Kit???

Just wondering if anyone has bought this Kit. battery grip, ex180 bag,
battery and uvfilter. As most stores list the grip at $299.cnd, i
found the kit for the same price. Seems like a good deal as the bag is
over $100 filter is aound $30 and battery not too sure. I guess what i
would like to know is the ex 180 bag very nice?
