cannot configure eStarling

Got a wi-fi eStarling digital frame and cannot get the configuration
program to finish. I've followed all or the suggestions from their
very limited support page but keep getting a message to the effect
that it could not detect the wireless network followed by a message
that the configuration file is corrupt. Reformat, try again w/o
success. I think it is trying to write to the floppy drive ("A") each
time since there is activity noise from that device.

Anyone else with similar problem? Solutions?
