Default B&H has the Nikkor 18-200 in stock

FYI ... it appears that B&H has the Nikkor 18-200 f/3.5-5.6 DX VRII in stock.

These things are still a bit hard to find, so get it while you can.

Do they have any that don't focus creep?

Actually they do. They are being shipped with the optional and free Nikon
RB6 inertial dampener suspension strap. Don't fret if you accidentally
throw out your RB6 as you can get another from your local grocer's produce
section that is used to hold the broccoli together.

They don't have any now and if they did it would have the same
problems that all the others have. I don't find the minor flaws in
this lens to be significant compared to what it does do.
