Well, it used to be if you "TiVo'ed" it- before there were TiVos, that
is, you could count on a couple of skits being worthwhile. Then
somewhere along the line during the Clinton Admin, the show really put
on a dog face.
Yes, Second City, anything with amusing Canadians, sharp African
Americans like the Wayans brothers, all surpassed SNL.
