I Upgraded from Dell P4 with 1 G RAM.

V M is NOT inferior, they build quality machines. For me, they had a
problem delivering what I ordered.

I've been happy with Dell over the last 15 years - now I'm ready for a new
machine, so i'm looking for a reasonably afordable desktop with DDR 2 800 or
better memory, Intel Core Duo 6850 (not the $5,000 gamer rigs)

I check the Dell web site expectantly each morning.

VM oappears to offer a good value (except for the most recent CPU's) -but
I've always bought Dell or built my own
