XP network card driver for PowerEdge SC440

Where can I find a Windows XP network card driver for PowerEdge SC440.
The packaging only says "On-Board Single Gigabit Network
Adapter" (item number 430-0488, part number 00009).

I already tried NIC_DRVR_WIN_R94800.exe and
Bcom_LAN_10_30_W2K3_A04.exe suggested at

and
http://www.dellcommunity.com/support...en&cs=19&s=dhs
and had the same problems they had.

Why not just buy a NIC? They aren't that expensive....

The Dell support web site has a whole list of network software for Windows 2003,
but not for XP.

Identify the Ethernet chip on the SC440 motherboard. Apparently it is a
Broadcom chip from what you've stated and from what the Dell web site says.

shows XP drivers for Broadcom's Ethernet server chips... Ben Myers
